In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients in their own home.
This role requires you to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be providing both physical and emotional support to patients.
You will evaluate patients' health conditions, develop and implement nursing care plans, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
