Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment Skills:
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and drink mixing - Familiarity with retail math for handling cash transactions and making change - Experience in the food service or hospitality industry preferred - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and discounts Note:
