- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely delivery of orders - Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food orders for customers - Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or banquets Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred - Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and making change - Familiarity with the food industry, including food handling and safety regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages is a plus This position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects (such as kegs), and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
